My advice is to get a good guide or read this forum religiously in the CPA for a few days and you will be able to talk like an intermediate marketer and get into ANY of the networks! Lots of great threads here about getting accepted. Good luck!

These are great networks. One thing that may help is for newbies to apply to some of the smaller easier networks first so that when they apply to the larger networks they can already say they belong to a few networks. This looks great for credibility and may help to get into some of the harder networks!!!

If you're starting out, the biggest thing that you are going to be looking for is a network with SUPPORT. Some networks are big, but you can never get ahold of any of their affiliate managers via email, phone, or instant messager. Other networks focus on customer service, really getting to know their affiliates, and can help you ever step of the way to achieve your marketing goals.

I also recommend you to take a look on AffiliatePaying.com. IMO, Neverblue and Peerfly are very easy to join and have good offers, so you may want to consider them. |

Im a newbie also. Ive read various ebooks about getting acceptence into CPA networks but their advice is contrasting so im not sure what to do. Some say you should say you have experience with other networks even though your a newbie because they don't check up on this but others say you should be honest and tell them your just starting out if they ask. On the application form, what are supposed to put where it says "Company Name:" and "Business Description:", if you don't have a company? Also, if you don't have a website what is the best type of website to create to show the CPA networks? Or is it still worth applying even if you don't have a website? Ive read that it's possible to get accepted without a website but it helps a lot if you have one. Say if i decide to create a marketing website which one of the articles recommended. Is it best to pay someone to do it or can this be done free by downloading templates from the internet? |

For the company name and description, if you dont have an official company you can write something like "Will Discuss, Please Call" or something along those lines. Then when you speak just let them know you've been doing affiliate marketing for X long and will be looking at registering an official company since you are starting to see growth. Of course the exact answer will depend on your situation, but they understand that many people run affiliate marketing as individuals and not businesses. As for the web site, it isnt necessary, I never submitted sites when I started and got accepted to all but one. Perhaps its a bit stricter now, but you can sitll probably get into a few networks without one. If you do decide to create one, you have two options - Company web site. if you dont have a company, this may be hard though unless you completely fake it (probably not a good idea) -An example landing page. Tell them its not a live campaign because obviously you dont want to show them a live one, but it shows you can build a nice lander. You can do yourself with a nice template or wordpress or hire somebody for cheap. Can use plr for content. Best of luck buddy!

Does PPC Coach no longer have a CPA Network? There's a blog on their website posted on 29/07/10 which says they're closing down their CPA Network but when you click on PPC Coach CPA Network on their site there is still an application form to become an Affiliate. When you go on wotogepa.com it says they've forward the name to PPC Coach network. So has their CPA Network been closed down completely or is it still open for members of PPC Coach.

Not sure who wrote the book that says networks don't check up on references given, but they're definitely wrong. Speaking for myself alone, I check references and I've been used as a reference to other networks as well. Don't lie, just be honest.

I may be hijacking this thread by this post. Sorry about that. I copied this message and started a brand new thread with this post, called 'What do I do now?' See you there. ---------------------------------------------- I am not a newbie to doing things on the net, but I am newer than a newbie at CPA and CPL. I think I'm sitting on top of a goldmine. But I have no idea what to do next. In the last couple of months I've been trying my hand at autoblogging. I have one WordPress site about stock market types of things. I prettied up the site by adding a lot of plugins. I don't recall adding a plugin that allowed me to collect email addresses. But apparently I did. I recently noticed that I have collected maybe two dozen email addresses from people who voluntarily left them. I made no offers and have no products other than the advertising on the website. I imagine someone would pay mucho dinero for the email addresses I've accumulated. And future email addresses that drop into my lap from this site. Stock market, after all. What do I do next? |

Sure, you can put N/A down. I would mention it when you call the network though! Quote:
Trust me, you can get approved, just read some of the threads here on getting approved. I got approved to 12 of 13 (something like that) when I first started and didnt know that much. Start with the mid range networks get accepted to one or two and then approach the larger ones! That helps sometimes!! Good luck my friend

I heard that CPA networks prefer certain types of sites when they get applications from new affiliates because they want the right kind of people to promote their offers. Should i choose a particular kind of niche for the site or doesn't this matter much as long as it's an up and running site? Ive got a question regarding location. I live in England, uk so does this mean i should only apply to networks based in the uk because if i apply to networks based in the other countries will this mean i have to phone an international number when i get in contact with them after submiting the application which will be expensive. Also is it important to apply with an email address with your own domain? Ive heard that you shouldn't use free email accounts such as gmail when applying as it doesn't give a good impression.

CPA Networks mainly want to make sure you can put a site together. Whether its a formal marketing site or an example landing page, they want to make sure you have a base understanding of CPA marketing and putting a decent site together. As for location, some networks dont call you and you can just apply, put your number down, and not pick up when they call but have your name on your voicemail. This isnt ideal, but its better than nothign I suppose. Not sure how much long distance costs either, but for a buck or two, it may be worth the distance charge. I wouldnt say its very important to have a domain name email address, but it helps. I always suggest it, but its not crucial. I dont think I had one when I applied as a newb and I got into most networks! Best, Ken

Yesterday i bought myhealthcolumn.com Obviously as i didn't put the site together myself, would they see this as a negative when considering my application. I'll try free email addresses at first, to see if they accept them. I joined HostGator today on the Baby plan, i don't think that includes an email address unless you pay extra.

I'm a complete newbie with CPA, but I got accepted to Peerfly without a website or a phone call. With another network, I listed a domain I had parked on Sedo, but explained that I would not be using that site to market CPA. When I called them, I just told them that I would be marketing offline (which is true) and the AM approved me right on the spot.

I have no problems with CPA networks but deeply saddened by a fellow warrior C Faber ripping me off. He promoted his WSO on he WF and since I was a newbie, I needed a CPA coaching program. Unfortunately, I joined and was shocked at the poor content of his coaching. His video's were basic and kept freezing, access to his website was poor, his infomation was outdated. C Faber was banned from this forum in Sept this year. He took my $27 and promised a money back guarantee but when I emailed him requesting the refund, he declined. I went through the dispute resolution centre at Paypal and they helped out the blood sucking crook. Thank you paypal for screwing me even though I had a good case including an email from the Administrators of this forum confirming he was banned from here in Sept. Paypal is just interested in getting commissions. God help us! Fellow Warriors, please be warned about this crook C Faber. He could be hidding behind his new ID. I thought I was safe in here. I knew that the world outside was cold and cruel but I never thought I would be ripped off in here. Unfortunately, this 1 idiot messes it up for us fellow warriors. I'm just trying to make an honest living. As Michael Douglas says in Wall Street - new film '' It's pay back time C Faber.....it's time to kick your ass'' I just love pay back films. It's just a shame C Faber didn't pay back my hard earned money for something that is not worth a dime. I will expose him on all forums. Does anyone know how else I can get my money back? Thanks |

Hiya guys, I have joined some of the best CPA networks but have made no money whatsoever. I must be doing something wrong as a newbie. I advertise on my website and use the banner code. For blogs, I use banners too and use text codes and contextual codes. Can somebody please confirm if this is right or not. Thank you |
