Who teaches the best CPL, CPA techniques?

I wanted some input on which person(s) really teach you how to make money in affiliate sales.

I've looked at a few people. Phil Mansour, Anik Singal, Saj P...I get numerous emails from these guys but never bought from them (uhh I don't think)

Then there is a guy who is Mike Fillsaime's friend named Chris Farrell, I really like him personally and he gives great free content.

Does anyone suggest others? Anyone experienced with those I mentioned and actually make money with their teachings?

The tough thing about a lot of the names you mention is that they are great sellers. They give pieces of info and its easy to get so wrapped up in them that you start buying and following their every word than you do about implementing any CPA method.

Nothing against gurus or any CPA marketer for that matter, they provide great info, but I guess my point is that it doesn't matter who you follow as much as it does maintaining a certain level of discipline to make sure you get stuff done.

CPA isn't brain surgery, its a traffic monetization strategy that revolves around very basic marketing principles. The tricky part is finding traffic, so learn a traffic source and then monetize with CPA.

At the end of the day, this forum, the gurus, products etc will only give you worms. They will give you advice on how and where to find the juiciest and fattest worms and may even tell you where the best places in the pond to fish are, but its up to you to bait the hook and throw the line in the water. Throw enough lines in the water and be patient and disciplined enough and you are bound to come up with a big fat fish!

When I was just starting the only guru who actually "helped" me was Lee McIntyre. His courses were good and, although I never learned something very actionable from him, the aspects that he covered on the courses that I bought from him were very important for me to build my own business.

These gurus are all the same. You can't make money with their products. There's only one thing I have learned from them. The money is in the list.

No doubt. You'd be much better off learning from some of these affiliate managers and/or network owners. It's more in their interest to see you succeed, so you know what they teach you most likely won't be fluff or hype.

There are a lot of good webinars you can watch too that'll help you out. Some blogs are good to read too. Warrior Forum has TONS of information and it doesn't take long to see who you should follow and listen to in here. Kenster is one of them.. you'll learn tons from his posts.

One page I like going to just because it keeps you updated on things in the space is by Nana Baffoe from Tracking 202. affiliate-marketer.blogspot.com/... he's got some cool info on there, but it might not help you out if you're just beginning.

But there's SOOOO much free info out there that I don't think it makes sense purchasing a cd or book to learn it just yet. Read this forum and you'll be surprised what you learn.

You are absolutely correct. Everything can be found for free and can probably be found somewhere here on WF. The only trouble is that the information is soo scattered and its hard for newer marketers to make sense of everything and they may lose motivation if they are trying to piece together all the random tidbits of information on random threads.

That's why I am personally a fan of products and paying to speed up educaiton, but the amazing thing is that with a strong work ethic and the right midnset, you can do this with $0.

I follow Phil. The free information he has given out is gold. Because of my experience with IM I was able to figure out what to do by his free info he gives his list. I am already profiting with CPA because of his free info. I also heard saj is great at CPA but haven't read or heard his stuff.

There are several network owners (myself included) that are happy to provide training to our affiliates. We realize that the only way we can succeed as a network - is to have a loyal group of succesful affiliates.

As a few have pointed out, there's so much free info both here and around the web that it covers just about every WSO ever written.

But if you're looking for WSO's, start with Kenster and William and if you're looking for paid methods, Chad H has a brilliant WSO.

As Coop pointed out, some of the good CPA networks also provide training. His (WolfStorm) and Ryan's (EWA) both have some solid training material.

That should keep you busy for a few months

Hey- i got a copy of CPA instruments - it was cheap and it has everything I needed to start learning. It isn't the BEST but it got me started.

His profit instruments I got in June- has been fantastic and i'm starting to earn a few bucks a day now

Promoting a CPA network or promoting CPA offers? I'm assuming the second. There isnt a best method. Like economics, its a matter of supply and demand so traffic sources are pretty level in terms of opportunity. the soul reason i am now doing around $400 a day in CPA techniques is purely from staying focused and on target at all times.

my mentor... the thing in which i credit my success in CPA to is actually not one Person but the warrior forum as a whole.

before i joined, i hadnt made a single Penny online, and in just a few short months, i have the $500 a day mark in sight. i really still cannot believe it

all i can say is that, you need to keep up on the trends, find out what the hot, high converting niches are. if you can tap into them, you will make money no matter how poor your sales funnel is.

research is the key
just my 2 cents

This forum is full of priceless information. Pick an area and kill it. Become an expert and stay focused on that one thing. The hard part of IM is not getting drawn in by the guru's and keeping focus on one area.

I'm not an expert and have only earned a few cents in the last 10 years because I haven't bothered to advertise my websites yet as I'm too busy researching and learning tactics on promotion.
You might like some of my ideas once you've read them.

Ok. let's see if I can come-up with an idea on the spot.............................................. ....
1. Create videos based on your CPA offer and put them up on youtube.
Get viewers to click your videos and take them to your CPA offer.

2. Create ipod articles based on the CPA offer and submit them to ipod downloading websites. When people hear your ipod article they'll listen to your CPA offer.

3. Write articles based on your CPA offers and pile them up and make a website out of it. Then, make a few copies of the website, changing the articles here and there so each website's article seem unique when comparing the same articles with each website.
Give away these websites for free to those people who are shopping to buy websites. Make it clear to them that, the websites you have given them will be advertising your CPA offers and only you will profit from them. Apart from that, they will profit from all other ads on the websites. Ads like Adsense, Chitika, ppc search boxes, cpm ads, etc.
They'll spend their advertising budget promoting their websites which promote your CPA offers.

I can't think of anything else at the moment.

Only do the following providing you don't come after me should you start making losses in any way.

Nice advice. Trend campaigns are certainly one way to pursue CPA marketing. The thing about trend campaigns is that they can be amazingly lucrative but they sometimes cut off and die rather quickly so you really need to be on new trends and always have your eye out.

There are ways to make a trend campaign more stable, but its just something to keep in mind!

The internet is massive. Of course most people (including myself) wont reveal strategies or campaigns that are more specific and more easily "crowded"

The truth is that there is always the risk of people the you help actually competing and taking traffic and money away from you but I am a firm believer that the benefits of helping others outweighs the costs!

I can tell you all that Ken (Kenster) is a stand up guy and I would trust him over pretty much anyone else. If he creates a product it is pretty much guaranteed to be amazing. The difference between Ken and me is that this guy can make money with anything. With me, I'm just good at offline and that's it. I'm pretty sure this guy could open up a convenience store and make a million bucks from it. He is in the true sense, an entrepreneur.

Haha, yeah the trick is getting a title hook to make them click and then crafting a sales message that is a hook and still relates to the initial title hook!

I would not got to Anik Singal, man he spams your mail box like anything. Specially know that he is working from India the spam has increased. Try mark ling or shoemoney etc. The last four emails i got from Anik are making money in Underwear who know's what next

As long as your ad sticks out, it'll get a higher ctr which is a good thing for sure. If everyone is using one theme, use a different one and just by being different you'll be rocking.
