There are others but these are the ones i selected carefully.

So why are these the top 3? Is this a personal opinion or vote?

I'm not saying any of them are not top notch or anything, just curious how we came to this conclusion

Individuals behind them are banking themselves meaning they know what they are doing. Not just a guy wanting or started a network. High Pay outs , an Training.

Never heard of those networks before. To me, "top networks" carry exclusive offers and pay top bucks - weekly pay shouldn't give the network "top" status IMHO. Far as best ones goes (at least for me and work with them)

1-MaxBounty
2-Neverblue
3-Azoogle-Elite

I've seen sooooo many of those small CPA nets. come and go over the years, but big dogs always here to stay.

i dont think those are the best cpa networks. Your rating should be more specific, early payout does not necessarily turn a network to be one of the best. What are the kinds of offers they have... that should say more about a network

So what you are saying is that individuals behind Elite Clicks, EnvyUs, CPATrend, etc. aren't real affiliates and don't know what they're doing? I think you should get your facts straight. lol

I'm not putting words in his mouth. He is implying that those three networks are the only game in town because they are run by affiliates and pay weekly. There are other networks around that are run by super affiliates who have just as good pay-outs and are very successful marketers. Whether they are "some guy" who opened up their own network or not.

These are ones i know are top payouts, ran by affiliates, pay on time, and TRAINING... in my research i don't got time to search thousands of networks these have been the ones doing well in my eyes.

Yes, you are totally right about cpa network. Top offers, Exclusives , and timely payouts are main factors for rating an cpa networks.
What's really matters is the person who runs it.

Everyone has his favorite CPA networks . The once you mentioned were really some of the best networks of 2010.
