When you promote a CPA offer, do they put a cookie in the browser the first time a visitor goes to the landing page through your affiliate link so that if they sign-up later instead of right away you still get credit for the lead/sale?

yes usually it is working that way but sometimes the cookie is valid 1 day or 30 days if someone klick on a ref link but sign up 20 days later you should get commission for that if cookie duration is over 20 days |
