i think you should give him the required information that the person want to know. if oyu are a new network then its also very important to make sure that your customers are satisfied with your behavior and quick response. it will help them to trust you and ultimately your company will be benefited.

Hi Market Warrior,

Clove Network has been in the CPM Business for the last 18 months. Our sister concern Lead Cola, which is a CPA network has been operational for the last 3 years.

To meet the growing requirements of our Advertiser base, we started a CPM Network for our Publishers.

I am inviting you to join our Network and check for yourself how we can monetize your inventory. Our payments are made Net7 by Paypal / Wire / Cheque*.

If you would like further information about our Campaigns / rates you could get in-touch with us, please feel free to call me ( number on website ).

Regards
Shravan

I used them for a month, we had loads of problems - DO NOT EVER SIGN UP WITH CLOVE NETWORK.

We signed up, they promised a decent CPM for run-of-network campaigns, and we agreed to try it out. After the third day, we started getting some really bad ads, and our anti-virus flags went up. They promised to clean it up, and they did - but three days later the same problem occurred.

Eventually we decided to pause all campaigns - and as we'd already accrued nearly a thousand dollars in earnings, I sent them an invoice as requested. Four months later and my invoice is still unpaid - every time I send them an email there's a response saying it will be paid by the end of the week, and then I get another response saying the bank/wire system payment in Canada is broken, etc etc.

They are not legitimate - I would not recommend doing business with them. The people I have dealt with are:

Chandan Varma - chandan.v -at- clovenetwork.com

Putta Srinivas (Ad Network Manager)
Skype: putta.clovenetwork
putta.s[at]clovenetwork.com
Direct : 416.840.3903

Btw, when you call any of their phone numbers (even on the clovenetwork.com website), it always goes to voicemail (no matter what time you call - I've tried across all timezones).

Don't waste your time with CloveNetwork.

I'm in a similar situation.

linkedin. com/company/clove-network-right-spot-media-

Clove Network is an advertising agency online publishers use to fill advertising banner inventory. They are owned by Right Spot Media and/or LeadCola. I represent several websites that use a variety of advertisers and ad networks earning more than $50,000 a month in net revenue to publishers.

We were approached by Clove Network, specifically by Chandan Varma, and Vivek Gupta, with an offer from them for good CPM's. They provided zedo tags and a reporting login and everything ran according to plan. Performance statistics were good, and we filled what they needed. Payment terms for net60 came and went.

OF COURSE, their phones are unanswered, they don't provide direct phone numbers in their business email signatures, and their entire phone tree, including their "Right Spot Media" owner rightspotmedia.com also doesn't answer their phones.

linkedin. com/company/clove-network-right-spot-media-

We haven't been paid once from them, though over the last month they have attempted to delay and make excuses about having the wrong bank routing info, or other meaningless excuses. Their last reply was to insist they were not into cheating people, had some "accounting issues" over the last 3 months, "changed finance teams", couldn't understand their own reports (which they have now been deactivated from for who knows what reason, but I'm sure we can guess) about my sites, couldn't understand the reports I provided for them about my sites (or most importantly the bottom line amount due), etc.

Rumor has it I was to be paid on Jan 23rd. No electronic deposit was received in the account I provided them (multiple times). I even sent them a paypal invoice, only to be lectured on professionalism by their "CEO" Sunil Abraham, sunil.a at clovenetwork. com

He also then threatened to sue me for "slandering his business" by posting about their non-payment in places like here, ripoffreport.com, and others. Publishers need to know, and these are facts. This forum doesn't need to worry about this being some defamation issue since "truth is a defense", and if they come after you, send them straight to me at TeamPlayer Gaming, LLC. I'm not hiding.

Just got another threat today when I noticed on another forum complaining about these guys (digitalpoint) that a publisher had recently been paid through paypal. Sunial Abraham told me paypal wasn't an option (obviously now lying). I linked the thread back to my contact, Chandan, who must have forwarded it to their VP, Devesh.

Yes we are making payments to all our publisher through paypal as well and We offered to make the payments to you too if you pulled down all your slanderous posts about us. Also we got to know from couple of our partners and employees that you reached out to them. You continue down this path and you will hear from our lawyers soon. We were cordial and offered to make the payments in spite of your racist emails. Be prepared for a legal battle if this doesn't stop RIGHT NOW.

There's nothing slanderous about facts. And calling me a racist comes from me asking where my money is, if it was spent, and if it was spent in India, what was it spent on, given the exchange rate would make USD's in that neighborhood go a pretty long way. It's either there or Canada...and even then, the comment still stands. It's $2100. That goes a long way in anyone's neighborhood

If they pay me, then of course I'll come and update the thread(s) here and elsewhere that I finally got paid, and in what amounts. But that doesn't change the FACT that they haven't paid me, getting into the net120 range now. Which is inexcusable. This guy is also the "CEO" of LeadCola and Right Spot Media, all using the same business address, and likely to be just as suspected for nonpayment and bad business practices. linkedin.com/in/sunilabrahamrsm Sunil Abraham Sunil Abraham

Others I've had the run around with, where they continue to ask for the same documents, same wire info, same tax info...simply to delay payment further in the hopes we just write it off as a loss:

Chandan Varma J: chandan.v at clovenetwork.com
Devesh Sreenivasan: devesh.s at clovenetwork.com
Vivek Gupta: vivek.g at clovenetwork.com

Phone messages go unanswered. Emails are vague and haven't fulfilled the promises made. Unfortunately, its common in the advertising industry for publishers to be left out to dry like this, given we show ads based on contracts and promises like, expecting to get paid. We take on new client ad agencis, like Clove, because of their promises and because we don't see reports of them being known as bad advertisers.

That's going to end. Clove Network and/or Right Spot Media and/or LeadCola owes us $2,100+, and nonpayment and threats are just ridiculous.

Other small publishers have said as much all over the net in various advertising forums. Even on youtube videos. Too bad I didn't see it before I ran some tags in August 2011. But, talking about it here and in other places will at least help steer other publishers away. Keep the threads alive, and call out all other publishers that don't pay you. Cite their linkedin profiles, and even their facebook pages. Their friends and colleagues need to know they either work for, or are working AS non-paying, slow-paying, or downright fraudulent members of the industry.
