Default CPA co-reg - still need help

Hey guys,

So...is co-registration something like having a site with the main page being a bunch of different offers on it?

Can I do that or is that against offers if they say no co-reg? Say I have a generic page www. genericawesomedeals .com for example and the front page has lots of ads. Is that okay?

Is that partly co-reg? What if I have the domain above /phones and /surveys and so on.

Is any of that co-reg? I understand co-registration can be offers on a thank you page, but what if the main page/site just lists different ads all on the same page?
