Contract needed

Anyone have a basic cpa network advertiser agreement?

Or advise upon getting one.

The best and simple advice is to have at least a decent looking site with quality unique content before even applying. If not, you have to find some ways to convince them how you are going to promote their offers, since they don't know you, you don't know them --> the only way they can trust whether you are reliable a not is through your website.

If you think your website is good enough though yet still have trouble, you might want to find someone who is already in that network to refer you, or just give them a ring to ask the reasons why you were rejected so that you can rectify them.

I can't help you out, OP, but perhaps someone else will see it and can! If you don't get responses, try editing the title to something like "CPA Network Advertiser Contract Needed".
