If you're buying lot's of emails for pennies you will be spamming. There is no way around it. If you want to do email marketing legally you need to build your own lists and email only people that accepted to receive messages from you. Also, spamming is not allowed by the CPA networks, so if you've already bought a bunch of emails I highly recommend you to try to get your money back. William

building a list does take a lot of resources and time from us. That prompt people to pay and buy these cheap lists. But buying lists betray reason behind email marketing. You are sending mails to people who does not want to read anything from you. It is always worthy to build your list. even if that means spending some money. Building a list is a continuing process. It can be very much profitable, |

The only way to avoid spam complaints is to build your list using the double-optin process. The feature is offered by all autoresponder services. Mass mailing is NOT recommended unless you want tons of spam complaints! Mass mailing is also a HUGE waste of time.

| Agreed, you can get yourself in legal hot water and even pull the network you're working with into the mess. Definitely Google the CAN-SPAM requirements before jumping into email marketing. You need to be able to prove where and how these people opted into your list. A service like Aweber can help you with that.
