if you don't have a website, just send an email or call them after sign up with your promoting methods.

Get them on the phone to discuss your application and talk about how you will be promoting their offers BEFORE they have a chance to deny you. Those are two top-notch networks that you mentioned, but are also known to have a more intense screening process than others. I have been reading from a lot of people lately that they are getting their start with networks like Peerfly, and Wolf Storm Media (which offers affiliate training). |

I got onto Peerfly with no website and no phone call, and have been accepted to three other CPA networks when I showed them a URL I have parked at Sedo, then quickly explained that I don't intend to use that site for promoting. Since I am only focusing (for now) on OFFLINE marketing, I just tell them the truth, and it tends to work. However, I have been rejected by a couple of networks so far, Maxbounty being one of them. But I don't care, since I've read that they don't allow offline anyway. No big loss, plus there's hundreds more networks out there to choose from.

any network you apply for wants to know what methods you have to promote their products & services...if you lack in websites, do you have any other methods you can use to demonstrate your capability? this is what any AM truly cares about
