Looking for an affiliatesoftware

I´m not sure where to put this thread but here it goes anyway.

I´m looking for an affiliate software for my membership site. There is only two features that I need and that is recurring payments and commission for my members and 2-level depth so that I get paid for the people I recruit and the people my recruits recruit.

The problem is that I have only found huge mlm sofwares for +20 000$. Is there any good and affordable softwares out there?

we use HasOffers for our network and we love it...the pricing does start at $100/month though FYI

Thanks for your response! But I couldn´t really tell if HasOffer have the feature of multilevel commissions?
