Default NEVERBLUE related help please

Dear friends,
I recently got accepted to neverblue. I used CPALEAD before but don’t have idea about neverblue. I tried to get the html code for an offer of zip submit. I pasted in my site. The add comes up fine. But when click the add a new page open saying default apache error message such as “ No permission…” The URL is www.mysite.com/notdefined. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to enable something some where? Because from the URL it looks like the code is wrong somewhere as a result the page still stays within my domain or something? I got the code by clicking the campaign and then it says banner and get html code. Your advise is very much appreciated. Thanks

Not knowing your site or the ad, the first thing that popped into my head is that you are using an "ad" that has recently been paused or deleted?

Simple check would be to choose another ad and run it through your website.

Yes I use NeverBlue---but don't use messenger (other than Facebook).

If you have tried different ads with same result then give your manager a quick contact. That is what they are there for....and NeverBlue is good about that.

Hey mrclintonn,

I am with them, I assume you are adding a banner to your site?

If yes, you should be able to copy and past the banner code directly into your site.

How are you adding the code, are you using wordpress or your own custom static page?

One thing you can try to confirm if the link is right in the copy and pasted code is to copy the URL from the Neverblue code and try and visit that link, so find where it says 'href' and copy the URL into your browser and check that the offer comes up.

That way you can eliminate the offer being an issue.

If you want you could either post the offer you want to use, or email the offer to me....I will plug it into one of my sites and see if it works?

I wouldn't send the complete banner link code----just the offer name or number. I don't think that would be too out of line with any rules and it might narrow your problem down.

I will be in and out for next few hours but will check in. If you wish to email then send to glcdomain@gmail.com

Have you already tested the link to see if it's working?

You're probably not placing the code properly. Are you using Wordpress or any similar platform?

That was my thought when I suggested letting some one else try it. You know how easy it is to miss a < or a > when copying the link. However I have fooled around with a few banner links since earlier post and it is difficult to get it to NOT work.

As you say---"probably not placing code properly"

I'm sure he will get it figured out---will be quite an education for a cheap price!!!

possible that the CPA advertiser has blocked your affiliate id.
