Yes traffic on these is huge, Facebook is quickly growing everyday. Facebook tops Google in traffic in certain areas now and again, it is huge.

Others you can also consider are bidvertiser and 7search.

Bidvertiser sucked so bad !

I am using adbrite as well but it really sucks (many impressions little clicks).

I guess the reason I am searching for 2nd tier networks are :

1) Looking for cheaper high volume traffic.
2) Looking for lenient ad media and landing pages.

Bidvertiser and 7 search, are not even search networks, but content keyword targeting....it's not search, and yes they suck.
