Back to main question: what is the best way to advertise, this is super general question, however Seo has worked for me, now im moving to cpv and ppc traffic (much faster to work with paid traffic than Seo)

I actually don't like CPV because most people that come to the website find it annoying, so in the long run I think it effects your bounce rate and you lose where it's most important - keeping your users!
People forget, but once the users come to your website, it's more important to KEEP THEM COMING. I believe CPV does the opposite.

I like to use Pof for my traffic. Do what makes you money and stop what doesn't.

I'd say is to build several targeted lists in different niches. That's the tricky part.

Then all you have to do is send good content and related offers, and watch the money roll in.

Yes, different campaigns and keywords may need different advertising methods, so just try those resources(PPC, PPV, POV, SEO, etc.) and find out the best one for your campaign.

Build a landing page

and them either direct them straight to the offer
or capture their email first.

Send traffic via adwords and adcenter.

Track conversions and ditch all the keywords that aren't converting.
