I have excluded 2 questions requested personal details .
And the questions are:

1) Please explain in great detail how will you promote campaigns from CPA(their network), as well as how you generate such traffic.

2) How long have you been doing affiliate marketing?

3) What are the names of a few campaigns you have successfully ran in the past?

4) If you are using Search to drive traffic, please include a screen shot of your most recent Adwords, Yahoo, Adcenter, or other Pay Per Click invoice.

5) Which other networks have you worked with in the past? Please include names, as well as screen shots of your account showing your an active publisher with such networks.

We have implemented the above as part of our approval process into our network to ensure only the highest quality affiliates are approved. We know how important it is to keep a campaign active once you start driving traffic to it, and this is one of those steps we must take to ensure all campaigns last as long as possible.

I know I can answer for few of the questions. Just want to know how you think before I can come out my quality answer to this quality CPA network ( I am sweating!)

To be blunt, just be honest with them. I've had to ask publishers in the past questions like these and it was extremely obvious to me for those who were flat out lying or exaggerating the truth. You'll have better success being honest in my opinion.

+1 for honesty. Just be yourself and be honest. Put in the answers you can answer, and the ones you can't put something like "will discuss on phone." AM's will see through lies in most cases. Just be comfortable, be yourself, if you haven't had a lot of experience, let them know but also let them know you are learning more everyday, this is a business, etc, and that you plan on applying what you learn. Don't go out of your way to sound like you know nothing about the business, but just be honest, if don't have a ton of experience, that's fine, but if you have energy, seem driven, and don't talk about using black hat tactics, etc, you should be fine.

How many CPA networks are you with currently? There's plenty of other good networks which don't ask questions as rigorously as that for you to get approval.

1) First things first, I am thank you to all the replied above. This shows an honesty has the highest chance to get accepted into any CPA network. I will do as advice.

Since, they want great detail. I am going to write them how I use SEO, sociaL bookmarking,video marketing,mobile marketing,social network with soft incentive(because they have many incenvizable products running) and so forth. I also intend to do SEO using auto blog print in the coming future once I success in applying CPA.

2) Top networks like neverblue won't accept certain countries. Unfortunately, mine is one of them. Currently,I only have Peerfly, CPAlead and Google Affiliate Network( Google,the genius brain knows who am I since I started online 2 years ago).

I have one more question here.
I am really no active in those CPA I have. That's why I come to Warrior Forum to dig out more info about CPA way of money making.

Hence, I can't provide them,shot screen of my CPA account just to proof I am active in promoting CPA. Is this a compulsory answer?
