Hi, I'm currently running an offer on epic which is a free trial - all you have to do is pay shipping. There's something seriously wrong with the advertisers pixel. You don't even have to submit the form or give your credit card just visit the page through my affiliate link and the pixel fires. I've had 100% conversion rate for 3 days now. Is the advertiser still required to pay commissions if it's clearly their error? Thanks |

You should notify your AM, and don't count on those being paid for haha

Yeah let your AM know, there's no way you're going to get paid for those anyway. Once the lead report comes in they'll be returns.

Hi, Pixels? In my CPA dashboards, I saw pixel as a way to track entries. But is it really necessary? The URLS have tracking data already. |

Contact your AM and ask him/her to contact the advertiser to fix this error. Of course, you won't get paid if you haven't actually generated the conversions. William

Yeah I'll contact him tomorrow. I really don't know what is going on. It seems I no longer have a 100% conversion rate but whenever I visit the page it creates a lead like clockwork. This is just tracking through epic's system. Very weird. |

It almost sounds like the advertiser placed epic's pixel on the wrong page. ![]() Brian |

Yes it seems that way but I can't account for why every click isn't being turned into a lead. I just can't work this one out.

Yeah I think your pixel was put on the landing page instead of the thank you page. |
