email/zip promotion question

For people who are newer to CPA what would be the most advised way to promote email/zip submits?

PPC, PPV, FB?

I like polls. You can use Yahoo and Bing.

I know that some people do very well with email/zip submits using PPV as well. However, FB is probably more complicated. First, because they don't like email/zip submits. Second, because you will need to create a very targeted campaign and get a pretty high CTR to be able to get a decent balance between ECP and CPC.

PPV and Facebook are fairly easy, the biggest problem with zip and email submits is they tend to scrub very easily..

How do you set up polls?

What type of offers would be good for FB? Because I know some clicks can run people 0.30-1.00+ I don't think you would want an offer that only pays you 1.00-1.50 especially if the offer only converts maybe 1/10.

@sportsfan54 - I use HTML pages, but you can use WP with a plugin like WPEasyPolls. I don't use polls with FB, though.

@etidd - It means that the advertisers tend to shave your leads, "hide" some valid leads. It happens because it's not hard to lose money with email/zip submits being on the advertiser side.

I saw you here in the forum and i see you are brazilian . I been here for while now mybe a year . bit i did not come here as often as i like , I am learning cpa which is calling my attention.
when I saw you are from brazil a kind got a chock I never saw any brazilian doing this.

@williamrs: At yahoo / bing how do you set up the polls? and how many budget do you always prepared? i'm not quite understand because what i know so far yahoo/bing doing CPC right?
