Adwords Disapproval - Bridge Page

I am just starting in IM and trying to test as much as I can. I am trying to do different sites - adsense, CPA, affiliate sales, ebooks, etc.

On my affiliate site, I have it up to #31 in google SERPs. I tried to do some adwords and got disapproved. I am guessing because they are calling it a bridge page. If they don't like it for adwords, do I really have a shot to get it to #1 in SERPs?

From what i hear, although they have disapproved your ad it could be down to a number of things to do with the site or the ad.

I shouldn't think that it should effect the SERPs unless they issue you a penalty for some reason.

I think that SEO and PPC are 2 very different things. There isn't a hard rule that says that sites that don't fit Google's PPC guidelines can't get good organic positions either.

Don't get the 2 wrong. Adwords is completely different from the SERPS. However, the concept with Google is still pretty much the same. Content, content, and more unique content!

Adwords will ban you for promoting "magic of making up". But there are still many people making money from the product using SEO.

Before i use PPC / paying method, i used to learn SEO, what i learned so far, there's no rules that said if your PPC denied by google then you couldn't page one / rank #1. CMIIW.

I have one website that even i don't do off page SEO after 2 weeks live until now, but it still can be page 1 google and sometime be page 2 google.
