SURVEY OFFERS-PLS ADVISE

Hey everyone
Just wondering if it would be legal and allowed AND THAT I WOULD GET PAID

IF...I sent the survey offers to my email list?

PLease advise since many of those people on my e-mailing list are known to me.

If people have opted in to your list and allowed you to send them information and the offer accepts traffic from email, I don't see why it wouldn't be allowed.

I don't see why it would be a problem. As William said if they opted in, you can send them offers just fine. If you are concerned that the advertiser/network won't like it, you can check if the offer is allowed to promote via e-mail. If you are truly sending this IN the e-mail, if you are sending them a link to the survey on your site, the offer isn't technically being promoted as e-mail. I would check with your AM, just ask if you can promote the survey offer via e-mail, if there are any problems with that, etc.

This will vary offer by offer, as always - check with your AM to confirm if the offers you are interested in will allow this.

Go ahead and ask your affiliate manager. I would double check because each offer differs in its allowed traffic sources.

As long as the email list is legitimate - CANSPAM compliant and the offer allows email traffic you'll be fine.
