High Paying Incentive CPA offers?

hi, was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of good high paying incentive based cpa offers and which network the offer(s) is with. thanks in advance for any help

I used to have a very good earning with rocket profit. They offer lots of incentive base zip/email submit with paying as high as $1.90-$2.50. EpicDirect/Former Azoogle also have nice amount of incentive to pick from.

I suggest go with professional incentive affiliate networks such as blamads and pointclicktrack. There are a bunch of incentive cpa offers you can choose from.

There are dozens of networks that allow incentive publishers. Check out affiliatepaying.com.They do a great job at listing networks and the type of offers they have. This will save you time from applying to those who do not allow it.

Thanks for all of the good incetivized cpa networks. Has anyone tried a "free lotto" type website to incentivize the traffic into filling out the forms and what not?

When I had a "freebie" site I used OfferVault the most, quicker payouts and easier to go through. I did have an issue getting in touch with account managers though.

I been using Affiliategateways for some time now and there great with all kinda offers. They have gateways offerwalls and scripts for anyone to use with there site.
