Best Network For Zip & eMail Submits?

I've tried affilliate.com and Azoogle.

Affilliate.com tends to lose their offers a little too often for my liking and azoogle's sub id tracking sucks nuts.

Any others that have a wide variety that pay decently and have good subid tracking?

Aynone have a network with good email submits for a website on health, specifically nutrition information? I have a very hard time finding anything that converts well. I then tried a wal mart gift card offer which while it was converting better than the rest (1 out of 6 ppl that click'd on the add filled out the form and paid me the $1.5) it KILLED my adsense earnings by a lot more, probably because I had this big random wal mart email submit banner under my header which made my site look spammy (unlike when I was using health email submit banners which while not spammy looking did not convert at all after 50 clicks)

I did a post about 1-2 years ago on email submits. They're pretty straight forward mathematical formulas. They have to make money on your traffic and have to adjust the conversions based on that. You can read my post I made about it here.

However with that said it becomes how good the email submit company is at optimizing and their path and getting better higher paying merchants. Ask you're affiliate network who of their email submit providers has the strongest path. If they don't know or understand get a new network.

Most of the major email submit companies work with most networks including ourselves. The more you can care about how the backend works for them, the higher the offer is typically going to convert for you.

There are a lot of them. However, I prefer networks such as Copeac.com, Revenueads.com, and clickbooth.com. We was working with CXDigtial.com. However, they still owe us some money.
