Sponsored Email Subscriptions?

Ive been looking for a cpa network where I can allow sponsored email subscriptions. I have my own landing pages selling different products. I want to generate more revenue from a sale by allowing the customer to signup to related email newsletters and/or trial products. Are there any cpa sites that would allow this? Is there any site that pays out for email signups? Not just cpa "free ****" email signups, but actual informative & important news updates for the niche.

Id also like to automate the signup process via xml api or http post, thats pretty important.
