Need your advice with CPA application in Affiliate Cash Pile

Dear dedicated Warriors,

A few days ago I headed over Offervault.com to find Car/Auto Insurance Offers for my new blog. I fortunately found good offers from Affiliate Cash Pile! I've search in warriorforum for several times to find reviews of ACP. It sounds good to go by this network.

I'd just like to hear your advice if my blog is qualify in applying to the mentioned network? What should I do to get my blog approved?
My blog: Instant Car Insurance Quote

I know Manuel is a good guy and he's really busy, should I call him or should I do skype/AIM?

I've just applied to ACP and contact them through Skype! I am waiting to get the reply from the Network in the following days!

Oh! I just got a confirm email from ACP instead of the phone call. The email acknowledge about my application. They also ask in the email about 10 questions which I have to answer.

I sent off my application to ACP on the 28th and have rung to find out how it was progressing, the chap at ACP said they would come back in a few weeks.
Are they for real?

They must be busy, other networks take 2/3 day max.

Support is terrible at ACP these days. Sent them two emails looking to get approved for offers and heard nothing back. When they were first starting out they were great and really worked with you but now they either need more staff or just don't care.
