Any e-maill submit CPA offers that accept worldwide traffic?

I belong to a couple CPA networks and have spoken to my affiliate managers but I can't find any e-mail submit only offers that accept worldwide traffic.

I work with Neverblue and MB, and generate some pretty decent part-time income, but I feel like worldwide traffic is cheaper and could push me to the next level.. Is anyone a member of a network that has a CPA network I can test with worldwide traffic?
