Your own REVIEW regarding your achievement. BIGGEST MISTAKE & BEST DECISION in 2010.

Hello WARRIORS...

And first of all, my best wishes for the NEW YEAR. MAY ALL YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE IN THIS YEAR. BEST WISHED FOR THE NEW YEAR 2011.

And before dealing with the new year, it would be helpful to have another look in the past year 2010. Since if there is any mistake, then by exploring that we can correct it and then we would be able to achieve our target. So mention your foolish decision or the mistake that you have done in 2010.

As well as there can be some brave/best decisions that you have taken in the past year. By get to know them the juniors may would be able to achieve a great success. So if you wish, please share your honest idea that you would select as the BEST decision that you have taken in 2010.

1. Working with a shady partner/Giving benefit of the doubt(NEVER again)
2. Quit high school to work full time, I never regret this and propelled my success 10x faster when I worked 15 hours a day

Let me start to answer for the thread by my self FIRST...

1. BIGGEST MISTAKE: Putting down my sites for continuous 6 months with out paying the hosting fee.
2. BEST DECISION: Applying for Affiliate networks at the end of the year.

what about yours?

My 2010 thoughts...

Biggest Mistake: Giving up some Justin Bieber web assets I had built. I took a chance and got really lucky on getting in on the Bieber Fever craze before he was even known to anybody. Built some assets that were doing well but panicked when I started doing well and he became more popular for fear of trademark, copyright, typical celeb type legal fears. Took down everything I created. Fast forward to the middle of 2010 and the darn kid is the hottest thing around. Could have been making crazy money right now if I didn't panic, did my research and learned how to get around the legal issues and still monetized the sites properly.

Live and learn.

Brave Best Decision: Continued to diversify into very unknown directions in the IM world. Some of my CPA business took a small hit (what I feared) but the other income streams have made up for it leaving me a more sustainable and well diversified business.

Also made some good calls in gold and precious metal trading which paid off

Buying an SLK would be fine. And we got the point that, we need to get some sort of risks, if we want to successful in our way.

Biggest Mistake: Not deciding to change my career route earlier. (Finally changed from accounting to IT)

Best decision: Starting to look for and work in Freelancer sites more seriously.

I probably make more mistakes most if not everybody reading this thread.

The trick is keeping your mistakes small (in scale) and keeping your successes large.

If you aren't making many mistakes than you aren't doing enough

Biggest Mistake : scammed by CPA NW

...i lose 2 month for this network and got me about 3k
Best decision : move to other places with better conditions, I was successful in CPA...i invest money and time for another network and now earn good per month

I love CPA...lol

my best decision was to start my online Affiliate marketing in the middle of 2010. and the worst decision was to work for one of my friends site( actually a writer) with a very low rate. it was just a waste of my valuable time.
