problems with affiliate links

Hi warrriors!
I am practically a pre-newbie to doing thing on the internet .
I just finished designing my site and that took like forever but my problem to day is with affiliate links.
1.when i generate cj codes to promote product on my site. if I modify the text within the anchor tag can it result to commission loss or lack of tracking?
for example:
[a]click-4243-1?%3A%2F%2Fwm%2Fproducts-etc>weight loss tips<="453-11" width="1" height="1" border="-etc></p>
[b]click-4243-1?%3A%2F%2Fwm%2Fproducts-etc>products that will set you on fire</><=453-11" width="1" height="1" border="-etc></p>
2.if copy the entire code [b] to tiny uniform resource locator to generate a tiny uniform resource locator (trying to cloak the link becos i have a hair string buget can't afford a link cloaking sofware) will it also result in commission loss?
3 is getting amazon wiget on your site a good thing to do?
