Is there money in PPV if you use Traffic Vance

So I have been reading that traffic Vance is the best way to go if you are doing PPV for CPA. I know its about 2k and I am willing to make the investment but I am hoping that I will make money or a tleast break even. I am relatively new to CPA. I have done some article marketing with a little bit of success but offers are always changing and then all the articles you have wrote about a certain CPA offer becomes useless. I have 3 questions also
1.Also what type of offers do best on trafficvance?
2.What is the best way to maximize your success when doing ppv.
3.Can you share some tips for ppv success for a new person starting out?

Yes, there is money there. Also the opportunity to get your lunch taken by more experienced competition as well. Thread carefully.
