G'day Warriors, I'm a intermediately successful Clickbank vendor (you can see my program within my sig if interested) who is looking for an alternate PPC Network to promote some of my products. I have and am currently using Adwords and Facebook Advertising and have had great levels of success from it, though now I'm looking to expand further by experimenting with 'BANNER' ads on targeted websites that fit my selected demographics. I was wondering if any one of you have had experience with targeted banner advertising in the past and perhaps had some advice or recommendations for me? From the rather extensive research I have done already, the following networks seem to have a good reputation and potential for solid ROI's; > Adbite > Bidvertiser > Clicksor None of the above really stood out for me from a website point of view, though I am yet to see what the quality of websites they have within their database is like, and at the end of the day, I'm sure this will have a big impact on the quality of my clicked traffic. So once again, I'm only interested in Banner advertising at the moment on targeted websites, NOT keyword or search generated ads. Really looking forward to any replies, I hope you all had a great new years and thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide . Rubes. |

If you want to do banner advertising you can try BuySellAds or BlogAds. However, I think that the real deal for you would be direct deals. Set up some campaigns on Google content network, conduct some tests and find some placements that are profitable, then contact the webmasters and try to cut down on Google. It doesn't work all of the times, but sometimes it does (specially if you can pay good amounts upfront). Also, another good alternative for your niche would be to create opt-in campaigns on Facebook. Capture targeted leads and use autoresponder series to promote your as well as other offers. William

The easiest thing to do is look at the higher volume websites and blogs in your niche and just examine the banners they are displaying already. You can then look at the html code and figure out what network is serving them. Obviously you can just run banners on a bunch of ad networks and use there built in targeting system, but in many cases just focusing on targeted placements is a better option especially if you have a really niche product/offer.

I am not sure if I completely understand but if you are a clickbank vendor I would think that you could focus your efforts on finding affiliates to promote your product. Anyway, I would shy away from clicksor, I have never been able to get a campaign to convert with the traffic they offer. |
