Scale a Campaign

Hello Fellow warriors

Ok, Say you have a profitable campign on cpv the way I see it there are a number of way to scale it up
1. add keywords/urls
2. increase daily budget
3. duplicate to other networks

am I missing something?
what do you think?

If possible, try expanding the campaign to other traffic sources.
