Default Best time to ask for a pay bump?
So, I'm about to start promoting a new offer and I know I'll be running traffic to it, whether it converts or not is a different question.

What is the general consensus on when to ask my affiliate manager for a pay bump?

I don't want to take street payouts, that's leaving money on the table. Is it ok to ask before I've run anything (will be within a day or two)?
