Default CPA: direct linking vs. website, approval

This site is very helpful....thank you! A couple of questions from a newbie....

1. Is it possible to start as a newbie, with CPA by direct linking via PPC to CPA offers or should I create a website that has content and promotes CPA offers?
2. Where can I learn what offers particular CPA networks offer so I can build a site around prior to applying to the CPA network?
3. In Gauher's course he talks about using a wordpress free site and create a site about affiliate marketing, create 4-5 posts and then try to get accepted....has this worked for others versus creating a site around a niche?
4. Is Wordpress the easiest platform to use to build a site and offer CPA offers if you are new and not familiar with html, php, css, etc.?

Bonus question***. If I want to make $1,000 profit per month using PPC first, how much should I estimate I need for an ad budget?

Thanks,

Yes its very possible. You can start off marketing without a website right away. I have never built websites around cpa offers to make money in this industry. Just jump right in and remember that its all about testings. Test test test. You can definitely make cash with a website to promote offers but its definitely not needed if your looking to jump in the game quickly as possible.

2. Where can I learn what offers particular CPA networks offer so I can build a site around prior to applying to the CPA network?

You can go to odigger.com and offerinspection.com

3. In Gauher's course he talks about using a wordpress free site and create a site about affiliate marketing, create 4-5 posts and then try to get accepted....has this worked for others versus creating a site around a niche?

This has worked for many people, but I would suggest if you were to make a site, then to make a site around a certain niche.

4. Is Wordpress the easiest platform to use to build a site and offer CPA offers if you are new and not familiar with html, php, css, etc.?

Wordpress and Frontpage in my opinion. I'm sure theirs others.

Bonus question***. If I want to make $1,000 profit per month using PPC first, how much should I estimate I need for an ad budget?

This is no set answer. Some people can spend a few hundred and make a $1000, some break even, etc. Theirs no way to estimate this. Just analyze and test as much as you can with each offer. Don't use all your budget spending on an offer if its not converting. Switch it up.

Conducive Strategies, thanks for the reply. A couple of follow up questions:

1. If I were direct linking CPA offers from PPC, then what traffic sources would you recommend as I hear Google frowns upon direct linking in their PPC ads (Adwords)?

2. Are there any sample sites to get an idea of how to build my site to promote CPA offers?

Thanks!

Would love to hear from other experienced CPA marketers.

You can use your major search engines. I've done direct linking on Google myself with no problems but that was awhile ago. I don't personally use Adwords anymore, I think its a bit played out, but you could always try Facebook PPC. I've had my success on their as well with just direct linking.

2. Are there any sample sites to get an idea of how to build my site to promote CPA offers?

I would say check out the offer sites and glance at their landing pages for some examples.

1. Yes, you can make money direct linking, but yes it is more saturated and can be more difficult.
2. To learn about which offers networks have check out offers202.com or offervault.com
3. Gauher has several courses, which one??
4. Wordpress is probably the easiest CMS to use

Chris Ba, thank you for replying.

Starting as a newbie would you recommend direct linking or investing the time into build a simple niche site that has CPA offers?

I was referencing Gauher's free CPA Marketing report.

Gauher also talks about creating "silo structured sites". Where can I go to learn more how to build these or the best type of sites to create for CPA offers? Is it as simple as creating a blog type site in WP that have text link ads and banner ads?

Thanks,

I wouldn't say just do zip/email submits first, mix it up some. Do some that require a generation of an actual lead like an auto insurance quote, do an offer that is a product for purchase and do zip/email submits. Don't just do one specific thing. If your a newbie at this, you need to do your testings to see what will work for you specifically. So I would suggest to test out 1 offer in each different format as I just explained and then narrow it down.

1. Yes, but it depends on the platform, niche and offers. Try to learn more about the main traffic sources to find out which one is the best option for you.

2. You can use OfferVault or Offers202. However, you don't need to build a site to promote a specific offer before you join the network, specially if you intend to direct link with PPC.

3. Yes, I think it can work. Actually, the site can help and make the process a bit easier, but it's not the only or not even the main thing that the affiliate managers will analyze. It's also important that you explain exactly what traffic sources you want to use and how you intend to promote the offers.

4. Yes, I think so.
