Same offers same Traffic great on one NW crap on another?

Hmmm.

How can this be explained.

You are running the same two offers on several NW's Same traffic source over several weeks even months etc...

Some N.W.'s conversions are great....other nothing. And I eman hundreds/thousands and not one sale. Always smells very fishy to me.

Why is that? How is it even possible...without some kind of Skulduggery going on?

Anyone explain this? (IE NW owner.....)
