I am looking for an ad network that allows incentivized traffic.

I believe it depends on the merchants themselves... Some of them allow it and most don't...

I find neverblueads and maxbounty to have a good amount of these, you can follow my neverblueads link if you want by going to PPC Mom - a mom learning ppc if you want to pm Id love to hear what you plan on doing

there are plenty of them

i think every aff network does have incentive offers (which allow incentivized traffic)
First off, send an email to your affiliate manager to request a list of incentive offers
at the same time, try to apply to more networks, so you have more options

Adcommunal has lot's of incentivized offers...they pay on time as well.
