I'm trying to get accepted to a CPA network right now so I can get started. I've applied to Neverblue and called them, they said they can't review the application right now, I have to wait until they contact me. I've applied for MaxBounty, My affiliate manager called me during school ours so I called back 2 hours later at lunch time and he didn't answer. So I called again when I got home a couple hours after that and left a message. I really would like to get started setting everything up this weekend as I'm really busy during the weekdays and only have about an hour of freetime that would be dedicated to Advertising. I heard that peerfly doesn't require a phone call sometimes, so I went to check them out and read their TOS and it says this:

Reallly not necessarily. I get accepted to virtually any CPA network and I don't even have a personal website. Just call them up, speak to them and be normal. |

| I've tried to get accepted to peerfly a couple months ago before I eventually gave up on CPA simply because the only network I got accepted to was CPA Lead. I visited peerfly's website today and their TOS says you must be 18. I'm not 18..

Some networks will allow you to sign up under a family member of age.

Sometimes you can register a DBA (Doing Business As) and this will allow you to get around it. However, you don't need a LLC or registered business to get accepted most of the time. I'm not telling you to fudge the details a little....but then again I'm not telling you NOT to fudge the details a little . Just make sure you can actually hit them once you get signed up.

Consider sending a message directly to Charlie at Peerfly. He is their compliance manager and can let you know if there is any wiggle room on their requirements or perhaps a way to work with them without being dishonest. You can reach them via their contact page.

Doing Business As is like Business name. Pretty much exactly how it sounds. I would get one of your parents to just sign up, you make the sales, let them get the income and give it to you until you turn 18 and can sign up on your own. It should be fine if your parents have consented to it. I definitely would not fudge details when you are involving payouts. |

An LLC is usually pretty cheap, $50 and less in most states. I've had one for over a year, it has two main benefits: you don't have to use your SSN & it makes you look a lot more professional.

| I'll consider getting one, once I am able to make the money back within a day or two online. For now, I don't want to spend money, until I am actually making it.

If they make you go through that hassle then forget them. I doubt that Neverblue or MaxBounty will require you to be over 18. There are 14 year olds doing CPA, so it's definitely possible to get accepted somewhere.

You cannot do business under 18 unless you have your parents sign the contracts for you.

You can legally work under the age of 18 so I am not quite sure why there would be a restriction against this. If you are serious about making money we will definitely bring you on board. You don't need a LLC to get accepted to a network. There are various reasons to start a business but if you are just starting out just signup as yourself, be yourself on the phone interview, and be honest about what you know and what your goals are. More often than not networks are just looking for honest people looking to make an honest buck - at least we are. Brian |

Honestly, call the a network you want to apply to and ask, just ask them what you would need to do.

A contract signed by a minor has to legal binding however how many networks have you worked with where you had to actually "sign" a contract? The only thing they are going to be signing is the paycheck they deposit in the bank. ![]() Brian | |
