I just wanted to know how people target people in other countries. For example I need german subscribers for a mobile offer. How can I do so?
Could you give me a few tips please?

It depends on your traffic source. If you're using an ad platform like AdMob, AdWords or AdFonic you can specify the country that you want to target.

What's your traffic source? Most of the paid sources will allow you to target by country.

yes traffic source it a matter. but if you don't have any specific traffic source then you can use some of their social community sites. try to know what they use and join their and make friends and get popular as soon as possible. then promote your offer.

First off, make sure your landing page and ads are both written in German language. I'm assuming you probably already know this language, but if not, then use this service: Professional Translation Services - One Hour Translation - Translation Agency or find someone who can translate for you.

Then simply use the geo-targeting option ( Facebook, Adwords, whichever source you are using ), and target only places in Germany relevant to your offer.

Yes, OneHourTranslation.com is very good to translate landing pages. However, if it's just ads I think you can use Google Translator. By using this tool you can test many different ads quickly, there is no need to wait until a freelancer translates your ad copies.

Some people say that G Translator isn't accurate, but I haven't had problems on Facebook so far, and when I translate something from english to portuguese (my native language), it's very good... I mean, good enough for an ad.
