I applied to Neverblue about 3 weeks ago and they emailed me requesting more information regarding earnings on other CPA sites. I emailed them with the information requested and a few days later received a call from Jamie. I missed the phone call as I was in another room but returned the phone call immediately. Since then, I've called 3 more times and left 2 voicemails and have not heard back from them. I have even emailed them about not being able to get in touch with them over the phone.

Should I give up? I feel like I'm wasting my time trying to get into a network that won't respond to my voicemails or email. Anyways, if anyone has any suggestions, let me know. Thanks.

Think about it like this man, when/if you actually do get accepted and you need to speak to your AM or you need some tech support or anything, would you want to wait 3 weeks again? I would just move on. I've heard good things about neverblue but 3 weeks is a little outrageous. I would suggest applying to MaxBounty and calling your AM once they send you the email when you submit your application. But hurry as they most likely close in about 15 minutes. Well at least that's when my AM stops taking calls. I'm impressed with them so far, my AM already suggested me to an email campaign that pays $1.40/lead with 20% conversion.

Usually if your having an issue with communication, you can try and contact one of the AM's on AIM. I would suggest Scott. He can usually direct you to the right person to contact. Many of their AIM names can be found on affiliatepaying.com

Yeah I don't really want anything handed to me... but I don't think any company has an excuse for taking three weeks to respond to a customer/business partner/etc. Anyways, I think I've given up with them. Peerfly and MaxBounty it is

I agree. Nowadays there are dozens of trustworthy CPA networks to choose from in the market. And, most of the time, you will get the best result if you promote CPA offers from diverse set of CPA networks.

Yeah do not wait too much, apply to an other network because if you wait again 3 weeks when will you start? Never! So as the other said, apply elsewhere, go to offervault, check which offer you would like to promote and apply to the network who has the offer, tell them you want to promote this offer and how, and you will be done!

i just spoke with another rep at neverblue and they mentioned that the AM of my account is in fact sick so that's why he hasn't responded. things should clear up within the next few days.

I'm a member of quite a few CPA networks and tried to work with NeverBlue to expand my reach in a few niches and I ran into the same problem. I sent out earnings, tried calling, everything. Waited 3 weeks AFTER I sent my screenshots and other info and finally got a reply that I was not accepted because they weren't able to speak with me (something to that extent). Maybe they missed the numerous e-mails and phone calls?

No worries though - I'll stick with my other networks that give better service. I agree with all of you that MaxBounty is a great network. They are one of my bigger ones and I've been with them for YEARS. They definitely have great support and a great staff if you need an answer fast.

While Neverblue is an excellent network with great offers and payouts, I have to say that their customer support leaves much to be desired. I prefer Maxbounty and Adscend media by a country mile, just because of their superior customer support. One network that is underrated imo is PointClickTrack. They have great offers and excellent support but are more of an incentive orientated network.

Another tip I used to do is mail the network after you have signed up.

For example...

Hey guys, i just signed up...my name is ...website info and affiliate plans, really looking forward to work with you.. etc etc


This Tip got me in a few networks... and of course don't miss the call

NB sucks, They got to big for there own pants, many attempts to contact them and Not one reply, No returned phone call. its sad that alot of the advertisers go direct with them cause you can get much better support with any network compared to these guys.

I decided i would rather run a brokered offer of NB from a Middle man cpa network and be treated like a Human then make $0.25 cents more per offer and be treated like dirt.

A lot of people are saying that Maxbounty and Neverblue are good networks.

So they might be good but very picky, especially with international affiliates.
Simply a waste of time applying. They have their business model to follow.

Go for other networks and then join private networks which offer better payouts.

Yeah, similar experience here.

I even contacted their AM's on AIM before applying and
made sure they accept affiliates from my country.

They told me to go ahead and apply. But then denied.

And they don't reply to your emails or AIM messages also
after denying you.

Again, I finally got into NB. It took some time but that's because the guy handling my account was sick. Now, my affiliate manager is an awesome guy and I'm really glad to be a party of their network. He's very helpful and helps me out with which offers to promote.

I sign up application to NB too. I received an email about some questions. Then they said need a copy of other cpa earning. I send them too. After that, without any reply. I contact their manager on aim. the manager said my earning was less than 1000$. So I am not qualified. too bad

You have to make at least 1000 per month to be with neverblue? Well that sucks. I have an amazing way to promote and can't get in. I am probably going to go with adscend media or blam ads for what I'm doing.

Neverblue is a TOP TIER network....hands down no argument. They protect their business with passion and that is why I like them. I know 100% for a fact that I will get paid
