Has anyone had experience selling their (physical) products into CPA networks as a merchant? Any tips would be appreciated in terms of getting approved as a merchant. What is the general process and what do most CPA networks look for in an advertiser?

It depends on the product or service from my experiences....is this a free trial / continuity offer, or a straight sale offer? Typically you'll fill out a contact information sheet, a reference sheet so the network can do some research on your credit history, if you've had any issues paying other networks, ETC. while this is going on the network will typically send out the offer and specifics (the kind of traffic you want is an example) to the account managers to get the ball rolling and get some feedback about volume potential...If all that checks out, you go through uploading creatives, placing pixels, testing the pixel, ETC. Each network is different but that's a pretty standard process. |

i have run fitness products online. it was good. i think it was better ![]() just select a network that gives you a good commission on sell. then build a site related to your product and start publishing the ad. do some social media marketing it will give you a good no. of traffics and the conversion rate will be increased. but remember that any good thing takes time. don't think it will happen just over night |

This would be for a straight sale on a health product. Is it advised to apply to as many CPA networks as possible or pinpoint only a select number of networks?

The more networks you're on, the more difficult it is to manage the entire venture from my experiences. For a straight sale health product i would go to market health considering their history and success with these types of offers. It's always fine to expand to more networks but just realize you're opening the door for more issues, fraud, ETC...however, you're also opening the door for more distribution which is a good thing. So i would stick with one initially, give them a month or so to show you what they can do and make a decision from there. |
