Putting CPA offer links on Facebook Groups, Pages, Messages and Notes

hi, i have built up an account with loads of people and want to monitize it by promoting cpa offers to them by private messages and on my own groups and pages, however im not sure on how to put the link down.

i have an offer from commision junction which is the long code, firstly would i pick html or java and secondly do i just paste that long code normaly, i have tried using url shorter but it doesnt pick it up. can someone help me on this
