Any online cpa network accepting offline order generaters

I run a pretty successful outbound telmarketing center/company that specalizes in generating order's for tangible goods, ie supplements, facial creams, hard goods and or gadgets based on a CPA payout. I cover the labor and cost of leads( I own a multi million person data base from my own infomericals and access to 200 million customers with behavioral buying data) and the product owner pays me a flat $CPA per order payout...essentially my profit is the cpa payout minus lead cost and labor.

We essentially apply online marketing principles to outbound telco when it comes to generating orders. We are looking for a few new products to market but dont really want to open it up to a bunch of online product owners that i dont have relationships with(tough to know the legit online product owners from the non legit ones) and was wondering what if any networks will work with offline advertisers who generate orders based on a telco basis but willing to do it on a cpa basis.

I know it is a bit different tha say pushing traffic to an affiliate page for X weight loss product or z consumer good for y affiliate network..but we have access to millions of leads and we are dynamic outbound marketers just interested in seeing if any legit affiliate networks are willing to work with some one from the telco world on a cpa basis.
