Geo targeting direct media buying

Hi all,

I have found a great offer that I want to promote. I’m looking at geo targeting this offer for India, the term is highly relevant to that part of the world and has {Google keyword tool} a high [exact] search volume.

Now, I have done some searching on Google.in and found a few highly ranked websites that use banner ads. I contacted the owners of the sites to find out if I could get them to place my banners on there as well, Answers were all yes and prices seemed good to me.

What I want to know is how can I find the true traffic stats for these sites? I have tried Quantcast but no luck and also tried Google Ad Planner but again no luck with any data.

I know I can ask the site owners but first I want to find out for myself as I’m sure, just like maybe I would to, they may bump up the stats a bit.

Does anyone know of any resources that can give data for sites in this region?

If we could accurately track that remotely, people wouldn't be getting scammed on flippa every day.

Sorry I don't follow you?

All I asked was does anyone here know of a way to find out how many visitors a website gets, and the sites im looking at are in India.

I'm in contact with a site owner from India who is telling me he is getting 500-1000 uniques a day and I want to verify that but dont know how?

I'm not sure if this site is 100% accurate but i guess you could say that for most of these types of service but i use this one and it's pretty accurate based on what publishers tell me and the data i see once i pop a search in.

You can use compete.com and Quantcast.com to get the information you need.

Most indian site owners hardly make anything from there sites, so you have found a nice way to promote indian cpa offers. i think site owner can help you with your concern.

Im looking to promote one of my products to that region and finding it a little difficult to get stats from certain sites but compete.com did come up better than Quantcast.
