Best CPA for a PPD Network?

I'm currently in the process of creating a Paid Per Download network. I'm currently getting a coder to make the script from scratch.

Although, currently, I am scratching my head on which CPA network I should choose? Currently, I'm thinking of Adscend Media, but I know there are a lot more out there.

What I would like:
Competitive Rates
Easy Crediting/Postback.
Weekly Payments
On-Time Payments
Good support
Anything else that's positive.

    Adscend Media is pretty good, you can also check out AdWork Media, Mobooka, CPATank, CPA Beyond and PointClickTrack etc. If you are able to generate a lot of good quality traffic (ie. $1k per week), many networks will pay you on a weekly basis.

        Heard lots of good things about Ascend Media, the same about Matomy Media - they have quite a reputation as a CPA network.

    I'd test different networks. You are going to need to code something that allows you to use multiple networks anyways. You can never have enough sources for incent.

    I'd go with Adworkmedia. Much easier to get weekly with Adwork than with adscend and better offers in my opinion. I know of numerous PPD's with Adworkmedia.

      The OP is trying to make a site like Cleanfiles. Cleanfiles is a PPD.
