Was invited to join the program a few weeks ago by one of their AM's Fehzan who has been absolutely phenomenal, so I figured I'd do a write up about them.

Basically if you're looking to offer your users surveys without spam, then Adscend has some good stuff. They convert better and I have not gotten nearly as many complaints as I did with CPALead. Just got paid by them too:

Congrats on your success! I haven't used Adscend before, but looks like it's worth a try!

Yes they do pay and is really a nice networks..

The only thing I don't like about Adscend is that they do not have a lot of banners. Most of the offers have the generic, blue "great offer" banner.
