By they do you mean the networks? the advertisers of the offers you're running? the platform you're advertising on?

For I-Framing yes....many advertisers (at least the ones we work with and I'm assuming they work with many other networks too) have i-frame busters placed on their landing pages to prevent publishers from using this method...Besides that, if it's a solid advertiser they're following up with the leads right away or within 24 hours...they can find out information from following up with these leads that may point them in the direction of claiming you're running via I-Frame... Most of the time when we hear from an ADV about I-Framing, the reason they found it was because "the consumer though he / she was filling out something completely unrelated to our offer" For cloaking...that's tougher to find, we're usually dependent on click referral software the network is using, they may be able to spot that. Some advertisers will care, others wont...really tough to give a straight answer when it varies from advertiser to advertiser...my honest opinion...if the offers you're looking at involve co-reg, incent, they are the advertisers that would most likely be OK with any method as long as it backs out for them but always confirm with the network to be safe. |

If you're not comfortable running an idea by your affiliate manager first - don't even consider it. That said I would recommend talking to your AM about anything and everything you are doing or plan to do. The last thing you want is to give the network you're working with a reason to ban you. |

ben, i can't speak for the networks but my paycheck depends on sending quality leads and keeping the network happy. Most of my traffic "blanks" the referrer but most companies don't have a issue with that if the quality is good. |
