adknowledge offer wall

I recently came across a cool feature on adknowledge. You can get an incetvized offer run it on adknowledge offer wall and they will offer the user virtual currency to complete the offer (the kind of ads you see usually on facebook aps) meaning they take care of the incentive for you and you only have to choose how much you're willing to pay for a conversion.
The problem is they need you to put their conversion pixel on the thank you page and they don't trust the cpa networks to put it on their systems. I talked to a few managers there and they said they have had probelms tracking accuratly in the past through the CPA networks so now they need to see their pixel on the thank you page of the offer.
Are there any affiliate marketers out there that managed to jump that hurdle?
