Default Would I be a fool to borrow money for PPV?

Hi everyone, I'm strongly considering borrowing a few hundred to get started with Leadimpact, Paysay is a long time away, and if things go badly i can easily pay it back then.

I've got what I think is a great squeeze page, mini-site, good niche, and autoresponders set up, all I need to do is scrape some url's, grab a fistful of good keywords, and get started, gradually chipping away the non-effective keywords and URLs.

What do you think?

Thanks

Up to you. If you're confident in it, go for it.

It's a risk versus reward thing.

You'll get guys saying don't do it, go for free traffic instead and you'll get guys saying go for it. The thing is this is up to you.

Thanks for the advice I tried the free-traffic root, but recently lost about 30 of my backlinks with this new google overhaul :/ just as I'd started making progress.

My aim is to build a list, Ihear Leadimpact is great for that, I am feeling confident about it, just wondered if anyone had found themselves in a similar situation, and how things turnt out for them

Cheers

I would wait wait and do it with your own cash mean while building your rankings back up, why? because all be it google does change things now and then but what about the time in between does no one make any money for the time they put in? Does that experience learnt from building up rankings account for nothing just because it was held back a little? I would always do what you already know to work again first get it working again because its much easier before your move onto the new thing, Very tempting I know but try control it.

Thanks for the advice. I'm not particularly skilled at SEO tbh, I worked to get about 300 backlinks from social bookmarking, articles, .edu, all sorts. i had about 30-40 confirmed but now they're all gone I've been wanting to get into ppv for some time, and told myself I'd pay for it with the money my site makes when it gets on the 1st page. But now I just want to dive straight into the ppv lol

No matter what you decide to do, i would be sure to write down a plan of action with realistic goals you want to achieve through PPV if you haven't don't so already...(if you borrow money obviously a plan to pay back whomever you borrowed from should be included).

It's great that you're anxious to get started, it seems like you don't have a fear of testing and jumping into something which is great but having that plan and goals recorded for you to refer to will hopefully keep you on track...

If i was in your position, i would hold off on borrowing the money....i cannot stand to be in debt to someone, that's just my own personal opinion but if i owe someone money, i know that i would be preoccupied about repaying that person which may distract me from making my campaign profitable.

I want full ownership over my own ventures and bringing someone into the mix would be something i would hold off on but like others have mentioned, completely up to you..

Either way best of luck

Thankyou some great advice here I'm really not one for borrowing money either tbh, but like you said I'm itching to get stuck in and start testing and fiddling

Chances are I won't write out a plan, but trust me I have been thinking about this alot and will pay close attension when it finnaly kicks off. I'm only going to start with one campaign but I'm going to tweak it as best as I can and be sure I'm happy with it before moving onto another.

Failure is not an option, only a state of mind
