I never had problems getting accepted into networks..

But yea you should just email them and ask why it got denied.

Instead of trying to work out what was wrong with your application, just give them a call.

It might be something incredibly simple that you can elaborate on over the phone to gain immediate acceptance.

I was once declined by a network as the am had misread my website, called them up and it was sorted immediately.

Also by calling them it shows you are proactive and are a real person that is not afraid to communicate and be open.

You can try blamads if you have sites ranked on google, they have some solid offers.

Ok, I saw your site and I can say, the main reason why you got rejected is because there is no product or offer than can be promoted, or related to your niche. You have a very rare niche for a CPA offer....

im promoting rc toys,
i don't how which product to promote fpr applying cpa network, coz i don't have a cpa account yet.
a guru told me to promote any product to apply cpa network, just show them, im able to gain traffic. Looks that i need to swith to a new niche, and re-apply

IMHO, a rc toy offer is too "nichey" and going to be tough. The best cpa offers are very generic. Something that both a high school kid and a retiree will find equally appealing is key to launching a successful cpa offer.

PeerFly is a great network but CPAlead is not that good! For content locking you may use BlamAds instead!
