Hello all, I've been browsing this forum for months getting alot of great advice and a ton of great threads on here. I figured i'd finally actually register. I've been messing with ppv for a little bit getting ALOT of great help from two people currently, one being my AM. I just want to see what can everyone here give me tips, I'm currrently running two campaigns with Lead Impact, One being the free walmart gift card offer and the other being the free xbox 360 offer, As the walmart gift card is in the top 5 list of best ppv currently offers in the network Im using and the xbox is in the top 5 list of best offers my AM likes. So i've been using both but not too much luck, being tweaking and test everything not sure what path to go down. Currently Im roating 3 landing pages with the walmart gift card, some what similar but with all 3 different appealing images, (I also use aff portal preview pop up) to see what they will pop up looking like and they look pretty good. With the xbox 360 offer I'm currently just using one landing page. I'll show one of my landing pages I'm using for the walmart gift card (Well seems I cant post my landing page url since im new) When it pops up you see from the top to about the bottom of the little coupon looking thing. So it looks pretty good for a pop up to me, As for what places Im using to gather my urls would be mainly now Affportal. I'm also using quantcast, google external key word tool, and keywordspy. I like aff portal alot though As it gives you a bunch of related top urls with what your keywords are, Currently I've been testing a ton of urls and turning a ton off, but currently I have 448 active Urls. Which alot are like free coupon sites, how to get free coupons, walmart coupons etc type sites. Basically coupon/gift card sites. That basically sums it up, I'm constantly testing but not sure where I may be going wrong, I do alot of small testing throughout the days turning off urls and etc trying to see what happens. I can go through hundreds of views and might get lucky to get ONE click through, without an conversion of course. Wondering for any tips and why I could be getting hardly and click throughs, than of course the conversion part. I feel as if im on the right path but I'm obviously not some where lol. Try making that essay into multiple paragraphs next time. It's easier on the eyes. Do you have any kind of tracking in place? Tracking202? PPV allows you to pass the url or keyword to your landing page and see which one converts. This way you can eliminate keywords that are not profitable. Tracking is the key to making PPV profitable. Very few PPV campaigns are profitable out of the box. |
