ExclusiveCPA big scam

As GPT (Get Paid to) owner, i have responsible for make sure only valid members/leads joined on my site by checking through IP address n location.

As affiliate network, They have responsible for providing tracking n support for both advertiser n publisher and be neutral.

But not for ExclusiveCPA, they act like advertiser who have full decision for decide my leads valid or not even advertisers already paying them for leads generating from my GPT.

If you are small GPT owner, i recommend you to stay away from ExclusiveCPA. There are lot victims of small affiliates like me. They will use 1001 reasons for judge you are scammer n forfeited your payment.

Here My Story :

I launch my GPT at january, 2011 n apply for 3 networks, one of them is ExclusiveCPA. Because of ExclusiveCPA have NET15 payment then i decide to push traffics on this network by putting all of Exclusive CPA offers as "hot offers".

My account manager on ExclusiveCPA is "Bryan Muehlbach". He told me payment is NET30 and when i ask why it written NET15 on mainpage? He never response me.

If I am not asking payment on March, 02. I think ExclusiveCPA will keep silent n doesn't care f i get paid or not. They only want their affiliates push traffics but when payment time come, they will waiting you ask them about payment if you want receiving payment or they never pay.

March, 04. They said all my leads is fraud because half of my members push credit offer on ExclusiveCPA. They don't know if i put all of their offers as hot offers to push traffics on ExclusiveCPA n compare me with GPT that have ten thousand members. For me this is really ridiculous n stupid reason. GPT that have ten thousand accept all countries n most of them use paid to sign up n referral contest for get members. My GPT only accept US, UK, Canada n Europe n i am get all them from forums n other GPT's.

Can you imagine because of i have leads > than publishers who have ten thousand members on credit offer then they judge all of my leads are fraud???? One thing that make me sick is advertiser already paying ExclusiveCPA for earnings that i generated on January, 2011 n no single reversed leads founded on my GPT.

Statement :
ExclusiveCPA (Dan Steidl), This is not first time you try to cheating your affiliates. You always use "fraud" reason for kept affiliates earnings to your own pocket. You can't found proxy, same IP, fake address on my account so you using this reason for cheating me.

You can find out many of ExclusiveCPA victims complaints because of this reason :

1. ExclusiveCPA will mark you as "fraud" if you have some invalid leads. They never care if not all of your leads is invalid/reversed by advertiser.
2. ExclusiveCPA will mark you as 'fraud" if you are using fake address for join this network even you generating valid leads.
3. ExclusiceCPA will mark you as "fraud" if you generate too many leads for their campaign. They will compare you with big GPT site, if you generate > more than big GPT site for their campaigns, they will mark you as "fraud"

Now I must shut down my GPT n losing over thousand dollars for money i invested for GPT scripts n member payments. Not just that, i must accept myself labelled as scammer by members because of ExclusiveCPA.

I see all the time network like ExclusiveCPA who trying to cheating their publisher by looking for publisher mistakes then insult will report that publisher to all networks if they dare to complaints.

Here is How ExclusiveCPA response me when i asking them to refund money ripoff by advertisers from cheating me.

If I was you, and I was looking into losing thousands in invested money. Then that company basically sabotages you, making you fail. If I was in your position, I would seriously look into a law suit. Maybe a class action if other people have been effected.

anywhere we can lodge complain if CPA network treat us unfarily. because many times publishers been hit by CPA networks because just they dont want to pay you

I hate those networks! You take time to promote their offers, then they slap you for false reasons. This is really discouraging!
