What exactly is against the no incentivized offers terms ?

whats up guys ! i wana ask you about the no incentivized offers because i'm very confused about them ? what do exactly the no incentivized offers promoting limit and how can i promote them and if i promote a no incentivized ring tones offers is it not correct to make a landing page and i add a pic and name of famous artist and the ask visitor to click here to get him ring tone is this not correct for no incentivized offers and i want you to tell me about the incentivized offers as well because i still very confused about those two things

incentivized offer = giving them something for free in exchange for filling out the form.

As Mike said...and another way to remember it is...it's an "incentive" that you would offer someone to buy through you...

The basic definition of incentive in the internet world is...Free.

Thnaks guys tha was really helpful ,so if im promoting ringtones and i make a landing page with the pic of a famous artist who got a famous sog and tell the visitor click here to get this rongtone , is this incentive ?

NO... Telling a person ( visitor ) on your website to go to an offer is not incentivized.Because you have not given them an incentivized to do so...
