Hi, I check the competition all the time and recently I found one website that is Ranked #6 (buyipad-2.com) if you type on google "buy iPad 2".

the site has an good review about buy ipad 2 and the guy includes google adsense, amazon and a CPA offer.

It ensures that:
1- If the visitor have money to buy an iPad 2. there can buy it by clicking on amazon widget.
2- If the visitor have no money then there can fill the CPA offer and get the iPad 2 for free.
3- If the visitor are looking for other ways and see an relevant ad about ipad 2 then there will click on google adsense ad.

Applying it in all my sites

It can be a good idea to have several streams of income, but you need to be careful to avoid giving your visitors too many options. Often times, when people have too many things to do they end up doing nothing. It's because some people don't know/like to make choices, so you have to it for them and use simple psychological triggers to make them "obey" you.

Having adsense on a site promoting amazon products can work well but I'd avoid putting CPA offers on there as well. This could make your site look tacky, salesy looking which would distract serious prospects looking to make a purchase. Just because a site is ranked at No. 6 doesn't mean to say it's getting sales.

Yeah I totally agree with Traffic Guru! My website has a PR:8 sarahman.com which is all about information regarding Affiliate Marketing, which is not even my niche. But shamelessly saying guys, my site does not make a buck for me.

I honestly do not believe they work together. I tend to keep them separate. If I am promoting a CPA offer on a landing page I want my focus there and that's it. Who knows though if you have a system down it may be worth looking at.

This Thread came as a surprise to me.. Infact a shock..lol I am associated with the site mentioned above. And friends it is not suspended yet its working well.

I am not good at marketing so I put all the possible ad network ads there and it is working well for me but like some guys told here I am afraid if the site may lose value because of the cpa ads because at the end of the day the visitors will come to know that there is no contest out there.

Maybe have a CPA banner that pops up when they leave the site via back arrow or closed
Window. Then you have Adsense and amazon as the major players an you catch the people that don't do use thous 2 on the way out.
