Selling My Own Product with PPV Need Some Help?

Hi,

I have my own product and have just deposited $200 into MediaTraffic PPV. I want to do some more study before I set up my first campaign. Can anyone here refer me to a really good blog about PPV.

And do you ahve any tips, advice, suggestions as whats the best way to make this work for me?

IF you want to promote your product with PPV , first build a list .

It's not easy to sell unbranded products with ppv, you'll have to make a list first and send them to the LP later on..

Honestly, I wouldn't start with ppv for my own product, unless you are building a list and email marketing to them..

"Build the list first"...... I'm new, so take that into consideration. Can't you build the list with PPV? Create a squeeze page, offer something for free in exchange for people signing up to your email list? Then directing them to your "main" website and offer?

DO NOT USE PPV

I have found PPV only works for very very very popular brands. I would try some basic PPC first and really hit the local markets and then build up from there. Also, try to make a nice facebook page and promote that!

Hey thanks for teh advice everyone, and YES I am building a list first, this is the first step in the sales funnel.

Does anyone have experience using PPV/CPV traffic to promote your own product? what tips and advice can you give me or warn me or except to build a list first as thsi is already handled
